Qasweshoz1 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Guidelines
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the qasweshoz1 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the qasweshoz1 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These terms constitute a valid and binding agreement between you as the user and the operator of the qasweshoz1 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and use this platform voluntarily and responsibly.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Verification
- Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time.
- Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Identity verification may be required before any transaction is processed.
- Qasweshoz1 reserves the right to decline or cancel any registration application without providing a reason.
- The account name must match the name on the bank account used for deposits and withdrawals.
Security & Responsibility
- You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials.
- All activity that occurs under your account is solely your responsibility.
- Do not share your login information with any third party.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- The use of automated software, bots, or unauthorised techniques to access the platform is strictly prohibited.
3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the qasweshoz1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept direct payments in foreign currencies.
Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow and FPX transfers via local Malaysian banks. Deposits are typically credited to your account shortly after confirmation from the payment gateway.
For withdrawals, the requested amount will be processed to your Malaysian bank account within one to three business days. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name. qasweshoz1 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details submitted are accurate. qasweshoz1 will not be held liable for any delays or payment failures caused by incorrect information provided by the user.
Any attempt to process fraudulent transactions, engage in money laundering, or conduct suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account involved will be suspended immediately.
4. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Qasweshoz1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account under the following circumstances, without prior notice and without liability to the platform:
Any activity deemed to constitute fraud, system manipulation, or exploitation of technical errors on the platform.
Violating any provision of these terms and conditions, including the use of multiple accounts.
Instructions from authorities or legal requirements necessitating the suspension of a specific account.
Suspicious activity indicating possible unauthorised access or account misuse.
Providing false or inaccurate registration details during the sign-up or identity verification process.
Upon account closure, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete, subject to there being no fraud or breach of terms.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Qasweshoz1 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this platform. The platform is provided "as is," and we do not guarantee that the services will be continuously available, error-free, or meet specific user expectations.
Users bear full responsibility for all betting decisions made. Game outcomes are random and cannot be guaranteed, and the platform makes no warranties or promises regarding financial returns.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, domain names, and software on the qasweshoz1 platform are the exclusive property of the operator. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
